      Staying on top of communication

       

      Monitor the Messages and Notifications icons in your dashboard for grade updates and replies.

       

      Official university communication is sent only to your KCAU student email. Check it daily.

       

      If you don't check your KCAU inbox often, enable email forwarding to your personal Gmail or Outlook account.

      Online netiquette

       

      Keep your camera on during live sessions where possible, and mute your microphone when you're not speaking.

       

      Use forums for academic discussion, keep disagreement respectful and on-topic.

       

      Give classmates and lecturers reasonable time to respond, this isn't a live chat.

       

      Never share your login credentials with anyone, including classmates.
