• Dear Students,

This is a critical security notice for all KCAU students.

To protect your academic records, email communication, and personal data, you are required to activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your KCAU Gmail account immediately.

Recent security assessments have shown increased risks of unauthorized access to student accounts. Activating 2FA adds an extra layer of protection beyond your password and significantly reduces the risk of account compromise.

    ⚠️ Action Required

Please follow the attached guide to enable Gmail 2FA on your account.

    ⏳ Deadline

All students must complete activation within 48 hours of receiving this message.

Failure to activate 2FA may result in:

    • Temporary suspension of email access

    • Restricted access to learning platforms

    • Delays in receiving official university communication

If you experience any challenges during setup, contact the ICT Support Desk immediately.

Your prompt action is required to safeguard your academic identity and university systems.
