Dear Student,

This is to inform you that end of trimester exams are scheduled to begin on 24th March 2025. To be eligible to access the exam room, you must meet the following requirements:

Be duly registered in the student portal for the current trimester (Trimester 1, 2025).
Have cleared all fees (NIL BALANCE).
Possess an exam card that is signed and stamped by the Student Finance Officer.
Carry a valid student ID card for identification purposes.

Please note that access to KCA University facilities during the exam period will be restricted to students who have fulfilled these requirements.

What is KCAU virtual campus: KCAU Virtualcampus portal is an online platform that provides access to course materials, assignments, grades, discussion boards, and other educational resources.
How do I access the e-learning portal: You can access the portal through the university’s website(kcau.ac.ke) by clicking on the Quicklinks then Virtualcampus or in the browser click on virtulcampus.kcau.ac.ke . You will need your student credentials (username and password) to log in.
