Important Reminder: Upcoming Academic Deadlines

Dear Student,

This is a kind reminder regarding the upcoming academic deadlines as outlined in the academic calendar. Kindly ensure compliance with the following key dates:
Activity                                                     Deadline
Registration of Units                                     May 23, 2025
Deadline to ADD/DROP Units                    May 23, 2025
Late Registration of Units (With Penalty  June 06, 2025
Deadline to Apply for Academic Leave      June 06, 2025

Additionally, please note:
  • Unit registration is only considered complete once the first fee instalment of 50%  has been paid.
  • The deadline for the second fee installment of 80%  is June 13, 2025.
  • Late unit registration will incur a penalty of 5% of the total semester billing, in addition to a fixed installment fee of KES 1,500 .
  • To maintain eligibility for all KCA University student benefits, including access to learning facilities, ensure compliance with the above.
We encourage you to adhere to these timelines to avoid any inconveniences.
