Hope you are doing well.

Please note that registering your units on the Student Portal is a mandatory requirement for Virtual Campus account creation and access.

For step-by-step guidance, kindly refer to the attached video tutorial.

Actions Required

🔹 1️⃣ Log in to the Student Portal and register for your units (new students should get in touch with their School and the students finance department for assistance).
🔹 3️⃣ Use the attached video tutorial as a guide to access the Virtual Campus.

RE:REMINDER -TRIM 3 25( SEP-DEC 2025) UNITS REGISTRATION

Dear Student,

We refer to our previous email dated 1st September 2025 regarding self unit registration on the student portal.

This is a kind reminder to ensure that you are fully registered for the trimester TRIM 3 25 (SEP-DEC 2025) before classes begin on 10th September 2025.

Please note that registration is only considered complete once:

  1. You have selected your units on the student portal, and

  2. At least 50% of the semester fees has been paid before the start of classes on 10th September 2025.

Kindly be advised that no student will be able to access the virtual campus without completing unit registration on the student portal.

If you have any inquiries or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact the Billing Department at billing@kcau.ac.ke.
