    • KCA University uses Single Sign-On (SSO). Visit virtualcampus.kcau.ac.ke and click "Login with Google". Use your official Student Email and existing email password.

      Log into your KCAU Student Gmail, check your inbox, spam or trash folders and search for the activation email from "Admin User." Click the verification link to finish syncing your profile.

      This occurs if you haven't registered units in the Student Portal. Ensure your units are registered on the student portal, then wait 24 hours for the system sync.

      Enrollment is AUTOMATIC. Once registered in the ERP, units sync to Moodle within 24 hours. If units are missing after this window, contact your School’s Admin Office.

      Yes. You must activate 2FA on your university Gmail account. Because of SSO, your LMS security is directly tied to your official email security.

      An automated receipt is sent to your Student Email. Check this immediately after upload to ensure your file was successfully received.

      Assessments are timed and strictly monitored. Please note that assignments and CATs must be submitted during the same semester of unit registration. Submissions from previous semesters will not be accepted.

      Yes. Use the web browser or download the Moodle App from your app store, enter https://virtualcampus.kcau.ac.ke, and select "Google" to login.

      Verify registration status is "Confirmed" in the Student Portal. If units still don't appear after 24 hours, contact your school for guidance.
