►1.2 If sign-in doesn't work

    • The KCAU LMS uses single sign-on with your KCA University Google account. There is no separate LMS password to remember or reset.

      To sign in:

      1. Open a web browser and go to virtualcampus.kcau.ac.ke.
      2. Click Continue with Google.
      3. Sign in using your KCA University student Google account (your student email and its password).
      4. Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser. The login page will prompt you if they aren't.
      5. Once signed in, you'll be taken straight to your dashboard.
