Curso Getting Started (Faculty): Assessments

General: Name, Description, Activity instructions.

Availability: Allow submissions from, Due date, optional Cut-off date, Remind me to grade by.

Submission types: Online text and/or File submissions; set maximum number of files, maximum file size, and accepted file types.

Grade: choose Point, enter the maximum grade; set Grading method (Simple direct grading, or rubric-based if configured), Grade category, Grade to pass, and optionally Anonymous submissions / Hide grader identity for blind marking.

Configure Feedback types and Notifications, then click Save and return to course.

Ensure to pay attention to the naming conventions while using any assessments. Also do not forget to set dates and maximum score to allow smooth transfer to the ERP.

Coursework items must be named exactly as shown below, with no combining and no alternative naming. The LMS–ERP integration relies entirely on exact naming to map marks automatically. The LMS is the single source of truth; you will not be able to enter marks via ERP directly.

If you've already named items differently

Rename them immediately to match the table above. Alternative naming conventions will not synchronize with the ERP, regardless of how long they've been in use.

Make-up assessments

Exceptional make-up assessment items can't be mapped automatically through the LMS–ERP integration. Upload the mark on the LMS as usual, then visit ICT support so they can facilitate a manual upload into the ERP.
